TV Shows on Hiatus

I love the Olympics but all of my tv shows seem to be taking a break over the next couple of weeks. I understand why the networks don't want to bother competing with the winter games but I still want to see my shows. That being said we still have TEEN WOLF! Yay! But no.. it was actually very sad. Don't read any further if you're not caught up on the show and don't want to be spoiled! Yes poor Stiles. It appears the boy is possessed and it's very sad to see it happen to such a good guy. I mean it's good to see him develop as an actor, but this storyline is very heartbreaking. If he is indeed dying, as his MRI seemed to indicated, perhaps Scott can change him into a wolf and this will cure his disease. Also there might be hope for him with the possession with the help of Kira's mother. The scene at the end in the elevator made me if she can't prevent the spirit, she knows someone who could.  I'm thinking she was referring to her daughter, and that she knows something which Kira does not. Clearly she knows more than we all thought.

Not Happy with Vampire Diaries This Season Grrr

I'm going to take a second to rant about Vampire Diaries. It seems like the bad guys are always winning on the Vampire Diaries and nobody good ever catches a break or when they DO catch a break there is some awful repercussion for doing so. They've killed off a record number of characters and brought back a record amount of characters. You never know if someone is really dead. Most of them come back. I feel like the writers have run out of ideas and there have been some serious plot holes this season. For one thing,  I don't understand how no one is aware Katherine is still alive! Bonnie saw her when she died for two seconds.. SO Catherine would have to pass through her to get to the other side and she didn't. Also they seemed to be revisiting the Damon gone bad plot AGAIN and it's getting kind of old. Same with Katherine. I don't like this whole thing where they take good characters and turn them bad. First it was Damon (OK he was bad from the beginning), but then we saw Damon change and become better (or so we thought). Then it was Stefan. He was bad for a season and then he finally came back to being good. Then it was Elena. They turned her bad for a season. I think they should keep the bad guys bad and the good guys good. It's just getting redundant. I'm pretty happy with the Originals. I hope they keep that show on the same level it is right now because in my opinion it's ten times better.

Tomorrow People Getting Interesting!

There was a big reveal in last evenings episode of Tomorrow People. At the end of the episode we discovered that Stephens mother was one of them. I always suspected the mother had powers or knew more than she was letting on. It does leave a lot of unanswered juicy questions for upcoming episodes. If Stephen's mother had powers all along, how come didn't she realize he was breaking out instead of  having whatever psychological problems she kept stating he had at the beginning of this series? I'm sort of angry to learn she has these powers but led Stephen believe there was something wrong with him. I'm guessing we will find out her motivation behind keeping this a secret from Stephen. I'm also wondering how she has managed to keep her powers hidden from Ultra. It's also unclear if she know the real reason Stephens father left. Then there was the whole situation underground with a Kara/John power struggle. Kara felt betrayed by John when he went against her orders not to take Cassandra back to Ultra. As a result of this, they had a confrontation ending with her kicking him out of the Tomorrow People. Clearly Kara is feeling threatened as it was a cold move. I'm guessing she is going to soon run into trouble and need his help again at some point in the future. This show just keeps getting better and better.
